$Pfizer (PFE.US)$  stock has performed the worst of the three. It is mainly due to post pandemic Covid19 vaccine decline. Its success of 2019 had somehow waned off after covid became more manageable and drop in demand for the vaccines. Also, many of its patented drugs have reached expiry,  allowing more competition from other firms producing the generic ones. On the other hand, comparing Eli Lilly and Novo Nordisk,  have shown strong performances driven by their weight loss products, which witnessed growing demand for such therapies in the market.

Answer to Question 2 -
The likelihood of a significant rate cut in 2024 is not a sure thing. However,  it will  benefit BHP, Rio, and FCX if it happens. Lower interest rates can stimulate economic activities, thus increasing demand for commodities such as iron ore and copper. which are core products for these mining giants. To certain extent this positivity can help these mining giants to mitigate against the adverse impact of US tariffs on China.  China is a significant customer of these mining giants.
