I’ve been on a pretty not-so-fun ride with PYPL. I bought in at $117 over a year ago and it has dropped and continued to drop. I’ve tried my best to dollar cost average and have gotten my average down to $75.
I really believed in the company but as of late they have me very frustrated. If it continues to drop, the only way I see a possible out is just continuing to DCA. However, in my heart of hearts I think they’re going to turn it around and/or having something big coming.

$PayPal (PYPL.US)$ Okay I’m starting to become invested in who the next CEO is going to be. Anybody got any ideas? Why is this taking so long for them to pick someone, I can personally come up with some good options if they need help lol. I know how important this is though. They have to get this right

These are the next stocks I’m looking to wheel. I’m looking to diversify into profitable companies.
$Intel (INTC.US)$
$PayPal (PYPL.US)$
$Disney (DIS.US)$
The criteria is profitable, decent premiums (25% annualized) 100% upside and belief that share price can double from here in 3 to 5 years.
Other companies?

I don't understand this reasoning in casting FUD on PayPal I see that there's competition now.
So?
Every industry has competition.
PayPal are still the market leaders and their numbers are still solid. Other companies in the space doesn't justify undervaluing their stock price or mean that the company is dead or on its last legs.
It's far from that it brings in over 30 billion a year and keeps over 5 billion.
It's not like Apple Pay or Cash App have destroyed PayPal's business or knocked them of...

$PayPal (PYPL.US)$ monthly
Free fall here after the earnings reaction. Next stop could be that $42-$45 pivot from the 2017 breakout.

151641076 151165046 : I think you're confused between DCA and catching a falling knife thouch. DCA is the proven best method to lower your costs base down in the long term. Knife catching is you are going all in at a particular price thinking its the bottom.
151641076 : Trust me every Paypal shareholders felt the same. Paypal needs to announce the new CEO & CFO to provide some certainty and then I think the stock will go up.
