2024年6月21日23:00に発表された米国中古住宅販売件数は前月414万件に対して結果411万件でした。
中古住宅販売件数は3ヵ月連続の減少です。
住宅販売件数の減少はCPI減少の妨げになるため株安要因です。
住宅販売件数減少と逆行して全国中古住宅価格が過去最高を記録しました。
住宅在庫の少なさが理由です。
もう1つの住宅価格上昇の理由が高価格住宅の需要が旺盛であることです。
ここに来て貧富の差が顕著になっています。
高所得者ほどインフレを追い風に金融資産を増加させているためお金に余裕がある状態です。
住宅販売件数が減る中で価格が上昇、インフレに拍車をかけます。これは株安要因です。
自動車保険や住宅保険が高騰しています。米国では自動車保険料にクレジットスコアが影響します。
クレジットカードで延滞を何度もしている。過去に破産歴がある。この場合、クレジットスコアが悪化します。
クレジットスコアが悪化すると自動車保険料金も上昇します。
これは州によって違いがあります。クレジットスコアが自動車保険料金に影響しない州もあります。

現状は52が限界点という認識なんだろうね

The strong demand for semiconductors is expected to continue for the next few years, so I want to hold on, including Japan's semiconductor ETF, for the time being. Looking forward to the future!

　いろいろ悩まれるてる方多いようですが、今決算で METAやARMみたいに上がったら万歳して喜び、Microsoftみたいに10%くらい下げたら押し目と思って買うだけ(結果Microsoftも前回のNVDAも10日くらいで戻してる)だけです。
　ARMやAMATも足元大して良くはないのにあーあなったから、案外上げるじゃねとも思ってます。プランBで下げた時は半導体業界でいいボーナス貰ってるリーマンの皆さん、「業界自社株押し目買い」をしてみんなでMicrosoft的決算クリアしましょう。
ちなみに私はショボいボーナスの会社員です。

Today, it is temporarily supported around 35, but it seems to dig down to the neckline around 32.2 in the short term. If it rebounds there, it will create another top around January 25th and February 13th and complete a triple crown. After that, it might drop smoothly towards March. If it falls below the low of 31.14 on January 31st, it will become a complete downward trend.
