President-elect Trump has transferred the shares of Trump Media and Technology Group (TMTG) that he owns to a revocable trust, as revealed in documents submitted to the authorities.
According to the documents, Mr. Trump transferred 114.75 million shares, equivalent to 53% of the company's issued stocks and worth over 4 billion dollars based on the closing price on the 19th.
The sole beneficiary of the trust is Mr. Trump, who receives everything.
In the morning trading on the 20th, there was a temporary drop of about 4%.
