On YouTube, there was a temporary boom, maybe before summer. You can understand someone's character through this, right? Beginner investors (like me) were probably taking it as a reference. However, it's important not to blame others, as you rightly said, it's a matter of personal responsibility. If it drops back to 60 next year, I won't be dealing with stocks anymore. From next year onwards, I will be investing a fixed amount every month in Funds. It seems like it's decreasing, so I will go for reinvestment!
Changing the subject, even though it's a rural area here, I don't have money, so I gave up. But this year, Real Estate Investment was trending. Real estate agents were cautious with customers looking to invest. Despite the decreasing population, there's been a gradual increase in vacant houses being listed online (according to locals, there are even more vacant houses). I thought investing in rundown houses is risky. Some people are trying to sell it with the old house intact instead of clearing the land, but they remain unsold. It's only natural. Not everyone has the luxury to invest. Acting without thinking about the future can lead to serious consequences.
