I determined it to be garbage and threw it away.
It is a fraud.

Some people may be surprised when they see the News of individual stocks for Moo, so I am sharing the information.
I have checked including Overseas information.
MSTU is described as a Stock Splits, and it is a 10-to-1 split.
MSTZ (inverse to MSTU) is described as a reverse stock split, with a consolidation of 20.
