The current situation in Japan is that housing prices (especially condominiums) are soaring, and I think there is a high risk of price drops and mortgage interest rate increases due to the possibility of mitigation revisions by the Bank of Japan.
Japanese stocks have also risen, but both are mainly due to the Bank of Japan's maintenance of mitigation policies and the depreciation of the yen, and I feel that there is a divergence from the real economy.
I anticipate that within a few years, revisions to mitigation policies will begin, interest rates will rise, and yen appreciation will progress, so foreign money will withdraw, and both Japanese stocks and housing prices will begin to fall drastically.
If I were to buy a house and get a mortgage, I would wait a little longer (I can wait about 10 more years in terms of age), and while thinking that it would be better when the house price drops drastically, there is no confirmation that the house price will drop, so I also think it might be better to buy while the loan interest rate is even slightly lower, so I'm worried.
