The Purchasing Price Index was plus 26.6. It was plus 29.7 the previous month. The Selling Price Index was plus 14.3. It was plus 17.9 the previous month.
New orders index is +8.9. The previous month was +14.2. The employment index is +8.6. It was -2.2 the previous month.

The number of existing home sales in the US increased in October compared to the previous month. The slight decrease in housing loan interest rates in September led to a significant increase since February of this year.
The number of existing home sales (seasonally adjusted, annualized) increased by 3.4% compared to the previous month, reaching 3.96 million units.
The median of economists' financial estimates compiled by Vroom is 3.95 million units.
In September, it was revised downward to 3.83 million units (preliminary value 3.84 million units).
