I have confirmed the past RSI of 98, and I think this time the market carries expectations unlike before. It will be interesting to see what will happen. Regarding Tesla, I think many people are trading short term, and while I generally follow a buy & hold strategy, I may take profits of around 10% in scenes of excessive price rise (such as when there is a buying opportunity in other stocks or to re-enter during a pullback in Tesla). However, I want to avoid developing a habit of taking profits in stocks with long-term potential, so my approach is mainly to hold.
What I want to see in this trend is how the price moves after the daily RSI rises above 90. I believe caution is necessary if there is a rapid drop to RSI 70 or below. As long as the RSI is gradually moving between around 90 and around 80, I intend to maintain a bullish stance.
