Appreciate the . Hope it hits for everyone. Not at the position I had 6/21, took some off the table fortunately, but substantial enough again.

2girldad : There are many ways to sell, FIFO, FILO, highest cost first, lowest cost first, etc.
I my case, I typically sell in the following order depending on length of position held.
Less than a year held:
1st highest cost, then FILO, then if I still hold more and want to exit completely before 1 year it doesn’t matter.
This will give you the lowest taxable income assuming profit, or will give you highest write off assuming loss. It will also lower your “avg cost”.
For positions held over a year: lowest cost, FIFO (assuming held for over a year), then FILO.
This should give the highest return (remember ~20% taxes) assuming profit. This will raise your “avg cost” and be more beneficial if the asset loses value, potentially creating additional tax loss harvesting potential.
This is my method, NFA. Contact your accountant for tax implications for specific scenarios. Good luck!

2girldad : I trade on it daily, that’s why I was so curious. I doubt there’s an update required that would fix the closing prices as only HUBC is this far off, hoping there was a news item I missed.
Meanwhile, I just set a sell order for 4.98. I’ll buy back on Moomoo if that somehow goes thru. Haha

2girldad : Where are you at on this? I have a healthy stake and I may push more if it keeps consolidating. I’m targeting 3.20 then 4.5 on a spike in 30-90 days. Charting these stocks sucks.
Also saw you talk about BBBY, you think it can pump past 5 in short term? 2-3 weeks?

2girldad : Watch Moon Trader from last night. He went over the slight change in wording for the collateral statement in the filing. They can now dilute as far as I’ve researched. Such a shame, this was a beautiful chart for the last 20-30 days. Glad I stepped out on the way down from .89, took a tiny position again at .53 but unfortunately I think I’m dumping that soon too. sorry for those that got destroyed today. I’ve felt that pain before… link below

2girldad : It’s otc, can’t trade pre market or after hours. That’s just last second settlement that’ll be reversed before Monday. Seen this for days in a row, but definitely a nice final 20 mins.
