robbie1945 OP : Nevermind, I thought about shorting at 1$ but figured they would go up on compliance although didn’t think they would be so scummy to do an offering right after they reach compliance. Didn’t make anything here and didn’t lose but feel bad for those who did

robbie1945 : Within 5-11months most likely to one dollar but they’ll probably be denied fast track designation so may drop under .50 in March or lower and will pump back up again later that month

robbie1945 TerpsLife OP : Sorry to comment so late but I wonder if any of the agreements due to grants by gate foundation to make the drugs low cost and affordable would supersede any potential buyout if there were any clauses where company cannot be bought out, etc. Therefore I think a partnership is way more likely, if anything though we should expect more institutional ownership here this coming year, will increase stock price and lock up float.

robbie1945 : A lot of institutions buy a variety of stocks to diversify even if they end up with a 99% loss since some will generate insane returns. Insiders and institutions combined only hold under 10% of the float. Retail owning the float is not gonna make stock shoot up, it’s better for institutions and insiders to hold a lot as they are less likely to sell. I would expect ownership to go up with the recent approval over the next year.

robbie1945 sky2210 : You can short most stocks and penny stocks but depends on your broker and how long stock has been trading, some stocks you have to wait 6 months after trading/uplifting to short or options. Shorting Penny stocks is easier because when they run up they’re more likely to lose most of the gain and drop down since people lock in profits. I play long and short so I’ll buy on a dip, sell on a pop and short then close short on a dip and buy more. It’s about timing and understanding chart, I didn’t short dare after approval because it should have gone higher but they ruined momentum by locking it for so long.
