All the small relays IC's that go into all electronics from calculators to circuit boards on all devices are also scarce.  TXN is what will keep appreciating if the semiconductor demand is satisfied and reaches equilibrium  There are millions of micro switches, relays that will be always be needed.  My pick that keeps moving up.
