The word "level" has several different meanings.
First, the word can be used to describe "a position on a scale."
Secondly, it can mean a position within a system in which people are arranged.
Thirdly, maybe it represents only the height of something.

Investors can't predict the future.
So most of the time, the best way to deal with the unknowns is to assume possible scenarios and make plans for them.
Most of the time, investors can roll with the changes by doing that. But there are always exceptions.

Big things happened in the market this week. Some investors got rich because of TSLA, PHUN, and DWAC. Some mooers didn't aware and missed out on the carnival. Seeing rockets fly away right in front of you is much more painful than losing money right?
