There have always been people in the market willing to buy at 40 cents because some believe this lawsuit is a sure win. Citadel is notoriously stingy, which is very bad. According to Delaware corporate law, since Frontier offered a fair price, new shareholders are required to compensate us. As for toppling Citadel and colluding with the board to commit fraud, the probability of such a case is very low, but if won, compensation would be based on the deal between Frontier and Jet Blue before the shore, but everyone could recover their losses.
