PMI is an indicator that summarizes whether the economy is expanding, staying the same, or contracting as viewed by purchasing managers.
Albeit the manufacturing PMI is still below 50 , but it has risen to the highest level since four months ago , while on the other hand , non-manufacturing continue to slide although still above 50

There is no incremental information in the latest presentation. The only notable thing is that the company has calculated a market value of 3.6 billion DOLLARS for itself, which only includes 6.7E computing power currently being delivered, not 15E computing power that can be purchased in the next six months. So this market cap is basically the short-term target price that the company would put on itself if the merger were successful.
