$LumiraDx (LMDXF.US)$ Anyone hyping up specific dates is dumb at this point. If it happens, it'll happen, and they've shown us time and again that they're working on a  different timeline than what we are aware of. Have patience, we knew it would be a gruelling journey.

$LumiraDx (LMDXF.US)$ I wouldn't be naive to think we won't get anything. Company still has unrecognized value which should be addressed. This is a merger according to the CMA & Tobias Rohde. Lumiradx is still going on all cylinders & did NOT need the ultimate parent company to continue operations. If everything is undisclosed we should hear a transfer of shares soon. Probably after the creditors are paid. I'm skeptical about tomorrow, but those could be the documents needed to finalize the debt ...
