O’Blaze : At this point it is a wait and see scenario.
Things we know include:
Roche bought the Point of Care technology for a purchase price that wiped out LumiraDX's debt.
The rest of the subsidiaries were voluntarily liquidated, no public information on the amount of proceeds from liquidation yet.
Any proceeds after debt is paid needs to get thru the tax process before distribution to stockholders.
A few key dates to think about are the last stock purchase by insiders, to avoid short term capital gains.  They may want to delay the final announcement and distribution or conversion until they pass a year.
I'd look for a distribution somewhere after February.
There is also a small chance we won't receive anything, however, that would be highly unlikely since Roche paid off the debt.
