The study the article references is self published from what I can ascertain and does not appear to be peer reviewed from what I can tell. I'm here to enhance my retirement, so of course I want the mine to succeed, especially since we are near depletion of domestic silver reserves, and that many of the green ideas require rare earth minerals.
