According to IPO Zaozhi news, Aurora Mobile Medical Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Aurora Mobile") officially submitted a prospectus to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on August 8, 2023, planning to list on the main board, with China International Capital Corporation and Pu Yin International as the joint sponsors.
Established in 2012, Aurora Mobile is the first company in China to combine neuroscience with artificial intelligence technology to develop medical-grade digital therapy products for cognitive disorders. It is also the company with the highest commercialized revenue for medical-grade cognitive disorder digital therapy products in the Chinese market in 2022.
As of now, Aurora Mobile's digital therapy product pipeline covers evaluations and interventions for various types of cognitive disorders. Among them, Aurora Mobile's core product system has been commercialized for eight indications and is currently developing an additional 21 indications for cognitive disorders, including tremors, hypertension, coronary heart disease, Parkinson's disease, anxiety disorders, language developmental delay, cerebral palsy, reading disorders, epilepsy, and cognitive disorders caused by diabetes.
Specifically, the core product system of Mindray Aurora is a medical-grade cognitive impairment digital therapy product based on evidence-based medicine. It is also the first digital therapy product approved by regulators in China. It combines clinical experience in neuroscience with deep neural network algorithms to assess patients' conditions and provide personalized digital therapy treatment plans.

Lotus Technology Inc., a leading manufacturer of luxury electric vehicles under Geely in Hubei, China, entered into a business merger agreement with L Catterton Asia Acquisition Corp. (LCAA) on January 31, 2023 with the NASDAQ SPAC (Special Purpose Acquisition Company) is expected to complete the listing on NASDAQ within the year, and the stock symbol will be changed to LOT in the future.
