$Pineapple Energy (PEGY.US)$ Delisting coming. They don't even have enough shares to RS big enough to regain compliance. Even if they did a 1:10, that would only get them to $1.28, with 1.55M shares. That SP will be shorted back below $1 fast. Then, what? I don't see any other option except for them to delist, or somehow organically get over $1, which might be possible after they fkt up so badly.
