CPI Data Pushes Equity Investors Into a Buying Frenzy
The CPI reading was the final push the market needed to fall back into a bull market. Yields are tanking with the dollar. This is bullish for equities in the "bad news is good news environment," equities are ripping, and gold is tagging along. I think it is safe to say that things are looking very bullish. There is a 20-year treasury bond auction very soon. This should give us some insight into how smart money is investing into long-term treasuries. Essentially we will see how they feel about the "peak rates" or "higher for longer rates" narratives.

As you probably know, there are plenty of over priced stocks that retail investors just can't get enough of. TSLA has always been that stock for me (sorry tesla bulls no hate!) But after it took its tumble down to today's date, although still too expensive (pb of 9.5, pe of 38 - though forward pe of 22 is a nice jump assuming they can actually do it, but still quite expensive comapred to other car companies) surly isn't the most over priced stock around.

$Tesla (TSLA.US)$ I do believe $35 is not a realistic number. Not to say ist can't happen, but realistically, I don't believe so. At this price ($105) is a sale. At $80 it will be a KMart blue light special. This is more realistic considering both valuation and growth.
