70857680 : Yes but that money is then locked up and can't be used elsewhere. if stock tanks then you have unrealized losses and then you lose liquidity that if you do sell are forced to take a loss. So yes, you can very much lose if you never sell. Look at all the holders of AMC that are down 90% plus due to dilution and splits. unrealized losses are still losses if you can't use the liquidity to make additional moves.

70857680 : At this point there is nothing stopping them from doing the same thing AMC did and just dilute the helll out of the investors to a 3-5 dollar stock and just keep selling shares so retail just gets washed out. They showed they are willing to.

70857680 : I feel you. I averaged down many times and am sitting on 1000 at 6.83. Was originally sitting at 76 a piece after reverse split.

70857680 : Yeah I have like 500 @9.75 and debating getting 500 more at like sub 4.50 to average to about 6.95 or put it somewhere else.

70857680 Piggy Bank Trader : Hope so. At one point I was at $75 a share. Only at $9.35 a share now. It’s only a $5k pot but gotta start somewhere. If I was confident in the stock, I’d further average down at these prices. But I’m not too sure where it’s going with AA constantly diluting. I’d rather pull everything out at break even or better and move on to more stabile stocks. But I’ve learned a lot from this so it’s not a total loss. Only 50% down.
