70957320 OP : I’ve attempted communication on the app twice & rec’d the standard response, but this morning I rec’d a txt from a/c 628 suggesting this txt was from Moo Moo & a phn# for me to call - I did & when I refused to comply w/too many questions the ‘Customer Service Representative’ threatened to close my account… NOT @ all would expect from Moo Moo… Mac

70957320 OP : I called the phn# I rec’d in the txt; IMHO the Individual was not speaking w/Me in a manner that made Me confident I was IN FACT speaking w/a Moo Moo Customer Service Representative, especially & specifically due to the threat to close my account. Now regardless of whether I’m believed I did as I believed correct by providing something of a warning to Others of a “Possible COMPROMISE…” in the Moo Moo app - if You’re comfortable, GREAT - I wasn’t & have done as I’d hope Others would if They became suspicious as I have in this instance.
I’m not damning Moo Moo, I’m monitoring my account in hopes it is not CLOSED against my wishes…
My post was out of an abundance of caution - Nothing more, Nothing less & Nothing else…
I’ll have nothing more to say on this…
