When choosing an options trade, make sure your options have volume. Volume = Liquidity
No volume means having to pay the ask to enter the position & sell at the bid price when exiting your position.
Hint: Look at the “Open Interest Numbers”
Low volume generally means lack of interest.

I mentioned high side this morning would be 400 to 401 I’m a SPY and I expected the low end of the SPY To be $393 and change, I did miss the low end by a dollar but I had great strategy today and was more than happy to share it pre-market as I do every morning
