Elon Musk has consistently supported $Dogecoin (DOGE.CC)$ , a meme-inspired cryptocurrency. He's invested in it, along with $Bitcoin (BTC.CC)$ and $Ethereum (ETH.CC)$ .
Musk sees dogecoin as the best cryptocurrency to transact with.
"Fundamentally, bitcoin is not a good substitute for transactional currency,"
Musk told Time Magazine after being named Time's 2021 Person of the Year.
"Even though it was created as a silly joke, dogecoin is better suited for transactions."
The price of Bitcoin soon took a dive after the interview.
Any thought on Musk's word? Will his opinion push you to buy/sell any related cryptocurrency?

$AMC Entertainment (AMC.US)$ CEO Adam Aron is asking Twitter users if the movie theater chain should add $Dogecoin (DOGE.CC)$ to the list of cryptocurrencies it will accept for online payments. Aron's Twitter poll garnered nearly 10,000 responses within 20 minutes of being posted, with over 70% in favor of the addition of the cryptocurrency inspired by the popular meme of a Shiba Inu dog.
Last week, Aron confirmed that $AMC Entertainment (AMC.US)$ would, by the end of this year, accept $Ethereum (ETH.CC)$ , $Bitcoin Cash (BCH.CC)$ and $Litecoin (LTC.CC)$ in addition to $Bitcoin (BTC.CC)$ for online ticket and concession payments.
Last month, AMC became the first theater chain to greenlight cryptocurrency as a payment option, which will take effect by the end of the year. However, the exclusion of the meme coin doge did not sit well with some of AMC's retail investors.
Only a handful of companies currently accept doge for payments, including Mark Cuban's Dallas Mavericks and car dealer Post Oak Motor Cars.

Hi, mooers! How's your profit or loss last week?
We would like to remind you that the U.S. market is closed today, Sept. 06 in observance of the Labor Day.
The market will reopen at normal hours on Tuesday.
With this holiday at hand, we might as well prepare ourselves for another great week.
Wish you a nice holiday.

Bears surrendering again with S&P 500 rally defying all bad news
Potential dip buyers were seeing plenty of bleak headlines as U.S. stocks sold off last week. Growth was slowing. Another wave of virus infections was raging. The Federal Reserve mulled tapering monetary stimulus. And few stocks were supporting the market.
With fears growing that the worst was yet to come, hedge funds stepped up selling. During the first four days of last week, they dumped stocks at the fastest pace in four months, with short sales outpacing long buys by a ratio of 10-to-1, client data compiled by Goldman Sachs Group Inc.’s...
