71302380 : The funds controlled the market in TXMD on Wednesday, January 04, 2022.  They were not ready to see the stock price jump much since they were not positioned for it yet, so they brought the price back down.  Sixty-three million shares were traded that day when we saw the price increase by 40% and then back down again.   Previously there were ussually five to six million shares traded daily.  It is a sad case when the funds can control the price of a stock after great news!  Retail traders were bulish on the stock on that day.

71302380 : TherapueticsMD still has a lot of potential, especially, at its current price range.  With their current 3 FDA approved products plus an FDA approved prenatal vitamin line, they are still positioned to receive at least 100 million in revenue in the next 12 months.  The FDA offered suggestions in their rejection of altering the current production of Annovera, so there is the posibility that the FDA could approve production changes in the future.  The company is still producing Annovera using the previous standards.  No reason to give up on TXMD yet.  TXMD will not be required to do reverse split until at least March 15th, but there are provisions to extend their listing on NASDAQ for another 3 to 6 months without a reverse split.  Additionally, there will be no need to do a reverse split if the share price exceeds a dollar again anyway.  There is at least one FDA approval still pending concerning low dose Bijuva.  Hopefully, that will be approved in March.  People shorting the stock would like people to believe that TXMD is dead, but that is far from the case yet.

71302380 : I believe that you have your timelines wrong regarding Therapeutics MD ( TXMD) and any FDA approval and also any Supreme Court decision. Any FDA approval won't be coming until March 2022 at the earliest.   A Supreme Court decision won't happen until the summer of 2022. The company won't be going bankrupt anytime soon either.  The company began cutting expenses this quarter, it should have adequate funds through March of 2022 at least.  The company's revenue should increase by at least another couple of million this quarter ending December 31, 2021.  The company expects to sell a percentage of it's vitamin business, which should generate approximately an additional 20 million.  The company won't risk delisting from Nasdaq until at least March 15, 2022 either. The company's income should easily exceed 100 million in the next twelve months. Please, no need to talk gloom and doom anytime soon.  Too many people are shorting the stock based on misinformation.

Nothing will happen regarding any drug approval until March.  Anything happening in December is only acceptance of the filling (90 days after the application).  Check the Therapeutics MD website directly, not any other site.  Realistically, no ruling will occur at the Supreme Court untill it needs to, which is July 2022.  Any other timeline is only wishful thinking by some people.

71302380 Mcsnacks H Tupack OP : Well, the FDA didn't approve their sNDA for changing the production standards for their already approved and produced product Annovera.  However, the FDA made suggestions and TXMD will continue to produce the product under the existing standards and continue to work with the FDA to provide information that may lead to changes down the line.  You are welcome to continue to short the stock.  The company's disclaimer stating ..."may not be able to meet the revenue covenants..." is just legal jargon indicating that there are risks (there always are). They are still cutting costs and their revenues keep increasing. I am betting that they will still be around a year from now.  However, a reverse split is a possibility.

71302380 : Concerning TherapeuticsMD, I doubt that you will see an approval on Monday other than maybe an acceptance of filing from the FDA on their low dose Bijuva (if they haven't received that notice yet).  The actual approval of the Drug will come should come in about March.  It should be noted that TXMD got approval for their higher dosage  Bij;uva a long time ago.  The lower dosage will just add to their revenue stream.  TherappeuticsMD is still a good company with longer term potential though.  It is not a pump and dump stock.
