Do you believe S&P 500 will rally at next 12 months? The data tell us it will. But why I can not believe that at this time? Since Fed started to raise rate at March, S&P 500 index was raising about 10%, now it go back.

PayPal broke below 223 support which means it has broken out of consolidation zone towards the down side.
This does not fare well for PayPal in the short term and I do see it going back into bottom consolidation zone which is between 200 and 178. Support will be at 178 and if it holds above that for a few days, a long set up can be opened again and take profit at 200 range which is top of that consolidation zone.
