SMCI was investigated on this issue once before. This time there is a terminated employee making claims, but it's not like the DOJ didn't know about these allegations beforehand. This will end with SMCI paying a fine, but this stock will definitely rebound. Their servers are too important to the Ai infrastructure not to.
