OK, LOL, I join this to try to learn more about options trading.   So this morning I attempted my first trade in the "options paper Trading competition".  Well I, YES INDEED, MAY MY FIRST PURCHASE.  BUT however it was actually in my actual MooMoo account.   1 contact of QQQ 100 shares at .11/share so $11.  LOL  I'm up $1.00 as of this post.
Note: I did go back and find my mistake and placed 2 actual paper trade orders.  
GOOD LUCK TO ME and all playing the game.
