Unknown Variable money not enough 24 : shorters are people who steal money from investors by selling shares they don't own and paying them back with shares that's not worth as much as the shares they borrowed.

Unknown Variable OP : On the smaller time frames like the 5 min to 15 min charts, I like to use the 30 ema, 50 ema, and 200 ema ( exponential moving averages) to gauge when to buy and sell. When the prices crosses above the 200 ema line and gaps up by the  close  of the 3rd candle, I take that as a buy signal. As long as the price remains above all 3 moving averages, I hold.. When the price closes below both the 30 and 50 ema lines, I sell. Watching and learning how the price interacts with the moving averages is one if the most valuable lessons I've learned thus far on my road to being better trader.
