Good morning, traders. Happy Friday, October 4th. The new jobs numbers came in hot- 254k new payrolls in September, compared to estimates of 147k. That and the lower  BLS Unemployment rate sent the market back into a climb with nine out of 11 sectors of the S&P 500 in the green.

$Alibaba (BABA.US)$ Has been held down to maximize a jump on earnings. Althought they have been very small declines, we are on a streak of 8 straight red days. The IV on calls is extremely low below 40%. if you are bullish on earnings, this set up is as good as you will find. and of course, you can load up on calls and have BABA go to 200 instead.
