This is what active dilution looks like. At this moment  for 1st time in several days we have a roughly 3-1 ratio of buys vs. sells 12.4 million buys to 4 million sells.  Normally this ratio would cause the share price to increase, in this case it won't because we have an overhang of several 100 million shares being placed in the ATM offering.
