CuyWare Tiggerpepper : doest make much difference.  I once bought a stock, company reverse split itself into pretty much nothing.  then the SEC delisted it.  And that was the end of it.  Brokerage wouldn't even allow me to write it off as a worthless stock.  Moral of the story is, you can sell for a loss and cut your losses, or you can not sell and lose all of it.

CuyWare OP moneycomengo : No, a good trader wouldn't do that at all.  what you are suggesting is the same mentality a gambler has when they've lost at the blackjack table. Go to the ATM and get more money because your luck has to change.  
indeed a good trader would recognize this is a terrible long term investment under any circumstances.  They would see that management of this company has played its investors into giving them 10s of millions of dollars and achieved nothing out of that.  
And I'll say once again.  This WAS a meme stock. The only reason it rose in price was a group of social media posters pumped it the same way a few particular posters here do.  It sure as heck wasn't because of the fundamentals of the company.
