$Utime (WTO.US)$ It’s pretty simple, they are buying a labratory and have a $500m shelf offering on file. So they are selling tens of millions of shares today to fund the acquistion. I’m guessing the lab costs more than today’s turnover so probably more tomorrow I would guess.  The one thing  I don’t get is why a phone company is buying a laboratory for vaccine research.
