$Utime (WTO.US)$ It’s pretty simple, they are buying a labratory and have a $500m shelf offering on file. So they are selling tens of millions of shares today to fund the acquistion. I’m guessing the lab costs more than today’s turnover so probably more tomorrow I would guess. The one thing I don’t get is why a phone company is buying a laboratory for vaccine research.

$Cidara Therapeutics (CDTX.US)$ Word of caution, this thing DOES NOT hold gains and in fact may end up down 10-20% today. I’ve gotten trapped in this thing many times on positive news so it’s likely done IMHO. So if you missed it, I’d be cautious buying dips is all I’ll say.
