Let's go over recent price action and short interest on apple stock.
In the second chart you can see in mid June apple was trading around $135 with a short interest of 120million. As prices went up short interest decreased and more shorts covered.

It may be small gains to some but I reached my % goal on the trade, scalped a few calls on one of the index etf's but sold too early.

One step at a time is key for consistency

70% rule: Spending no more than 70% on wants and needs. Save at least 30% in a rainy day fund. Older ages learn the difference between good debt and bad debt. For example spending on a credit card for wants such as a new iPhone or tv.

April was a difficult month to trade with some unexpected volatility. I managed to make 10% which met my goal but overall some of my trades were disappointing with either a bad entry or bad exit. Consistency is key. Wait for a good opportunity and don't jump on anything that moves.
