Adding new remote working features, including Internet speed verification for homes and the option to search listings up to a year in advance, Airbnb believes the trend of remote working and flexible travel will continue. On New Features Day, Airbnb announced 50 new features to further support a major travel trend emerging in the wake of the pandemic, which is the convergence of work and leisure travel as employees and companies move away from office-centric work environments.

$Airbnb (ABNB.US)$ Wall Street expects Airbnb to earn 75 cents per share on revenue of 2.04 billion U.S. dollars.
Aspect: Can Airbnb maintain a high valuation? Although the company created the home-sharing market, the delta variant of the coronavirus may weaken the company's growth plans. In the past six months, Airbnb’s stock price has fallen by 5%, while the S&P 500 has risen by 10%. This shows that Wall Street is rethinking the value of these stocks, which have outperformed Expedia (EXPE) and TripAdvisor (TRIP).
But Airbnb has an attractive business model and competitive advantage, and is considered superior to its competitors. The company is arguably the most attractive stock in the travel and accommodation industry.
