Don't listen to people telling you to wait to buy a home. When interest comes down, home prices will continue to go up. 2% interest is amazing but it won't mean anything when the price of the home increases by 200k and you no longer even qualify for the loan. Our economy is hard-wired to have the housing market continuously increase prices. It's one of the three areas we dump the money we print.
