If compared to SPWR, however- just over 2/3 more outstanding shares, but- adding the benefit of owning patent rights, hardware production and technology assets, along with a rock solid long term financially vested partner like TZE, even with the difficult macro environment I'd imagine we come out of all this rather quickly returing to at least 2/3 of SPWR current share price-
If macro environment improves, and we do break ground on the Golden Eagle fabrication facility in Albuquerque NM 2H2024, as has been stated by the CEO - send it.
