Elon Musk had stated last year that he was selling all of his physical possessions in order to divert his full attention to the colonization of Mars.
"It's going to take a lot of resources to build a city on Mars," Musk said last year. "I want to be able to contribute as much as possible to the city on Mars. That means just a lot of capital."
In June, when the Hillsborough home listed for $37.5 million, Musk called it his "last remaining house." He says he lives in a small, inexpensive house in Texas that he rents from his rocket company, SpaceX.
Now he seems to have found a buyer for what he says is his last remaining home.
Musk has accepted an initial offer for his vast estate outside of San Francisco, according to a Zillow listing for the property. The property is listed as "contingent," meaning the seller has accepted an offer but is still negotiating conditions of the sale.
After selling all houses on earth, is Musk's "Mars house" getting closer?

I have reserves about investing in general but I've come to find out in my life that investing can actually be a form of savings putting my money in the bank for savings account I stand a chance of not gaining very much by the end of the year we're investing I stand the chance of gaining even more if you invest in things that are widely used or things that you commonly use yourself knowing that other people, use these things as kind of hard to lose money like instead of buying that 12 pack of beer take that money and put it in a stock like the beer that you buy invest in that company by the end of the year you may have made $5 profit where sitting in the savings account you're probably make $2 profit that's kind of the way I look at it only invest what you're willing to lose like you were willing to waste $20 on that beer with no compensation after it was gone so only investor $20 that you're able to lose every week maybe cut some of your other habits in half to have money to invest that way that money doesn't mean much to you because you were going to waste it anyway that's how I got into investing if you're going to have remorse about investing if you lose the money then don't use that money cut a bad habit in half like drinking or smoking cigarettes so that way if you don't make any money off of it at least your health got better 🤑

Today, Musk tweets an ancient Chinese poem--<Seven Steps Verse>.
Do you know what it means?
At first, I want to show u the translation:
<The Brothers>
They were boiling beans on a beanstalk fire;
Came a plaintive voice from the pot,
"O why, since we sprang from the selfsame root,
Should you kill me with anger hot?"
And then, I'll tell u the story:
The highly allegorical poem describes the relationship between two brothers from a royal family during China's warring Three Kingdoms period. The brothers are Cao Pi and Cao Zhi.
Cao Pi was jealous of his brother Cao Zhi's literary talent and ordered him to write a poem within seven steps, containing the meaning of brotherhood but without the word "brother", or else he would be executed.
Cao Zhi made this poem on the subject of boiling beans to express the sorrow of brotherhood, and eventually Cao Pi released him because he was ashamed of himself.
How to interpret Musk's posts?
Number 1: Musk was alluding to two rivaling dog-themed cryptocurrencies, shiba inu and dogecoin.
Number 2:<Humankind> is a game. Maybe the poem is Musk's feelings after playing the game.

lilrobertlewis : we haven't even really decided if Mars could actually sustain life it has oxygen but can it sustain life he's going to have to build a bubble first before he can build a house and a colony and once the bubble is built he's going to have to figure out how to grow food and if he eats meat he's going to have to figure out how to sustain animal life probably animal life before his own life so mighty big feat and I'm not going to say it can't be done but wow really? so he wants to be a renter he wants to rent a place to live if he had asked for my advice I would have told him owning a house is much better than renting. #nuffsaid
lilrobertlewis : okay we're talking about Elon musk do you think he wants to live off of potatoes and prepackaged food I don't I was kind of kicking fun at the whole thing try not to get too serious a super billionaire wants to go live on a place where there's no other people per se and eat potatoes and prepackaged food have a great day bro and loosen up a little
lilrobertlewis : oh and the bubble don't forget he would have to build a bubble and a house oh and he would also have to leave Earth oh and also what I was actually pointing at he just sold his last house so he wants to become a renter a renter really he wants to rent instead of owning a house a renter my whole life I've been a renter he wants to be me LOL
lilrobertlewis :
lilrobertlewis : ummm we're talking about space he's not a superhero he's just a billionaire we're talking about something that won't take place for another 20 to 30 years so with that said at 80 years old what Elon be living in space maybe his casket can be shot into space. if he doesn't want to live around people then maybe he should just ostracize himself but he seems to want to stay mainstream I doubt he could get along in space alone I know I don't want to live there hopefully by the time global warming takes over the Earth I'll be dead
