We are in the midst of a deal being finalized. Could be as early as Sunday/Monday PR.
I humbly keep my sentiment high simply because of RonZ's dealings & $ROCHE HOLDING AG (RHHBY.US)$ footprint.
The Lumiradx deal MUST be strategic.

$LumiraDx (LMDXF.US)$ If Roche $ROCHE HOLDING AG (RHHBY.US)$ were to announce a 1:1 conversion rate into RHHBY for us prematurely it could cause a negative sentiment to rhhby knowing that information. FTI CONSULTING $FTI Consulting (FCN.US)$ could be in the thought process of well if we scare Lumiradx shareholders out of their shares maybe Roche will pay us more. I know one thing for sure though these shady deals will NOT exist in Trump/Kash world.
