Occidental Petroleum on the 200-week ma. Buffett owns 255M shares or 28% of the company. In June of 2022, he had a 158M share position. It’s safe to say he paid $53 to $56 from his last 100M shares addition vs. a $51 close price on Friday. When you can buy a position cheaper than Buffett on the 200-week moving average, you do that 2x a day and 3x on Sunday.
