This does require longer holding times but worth the wait.

$ENDRA Life Sciences (NDRA.US)$  Will be allowed to convert class A and B warrants starting today. Borrow rate was jumping alot last week. Shares available went from 2000 to 800,000. The way the price has fallen would indicate the available shares are long hold shares. Meaning they will be held until 1.60 is reached and then sold into the float or will be put up to be borrowed. Im in at .39. Will hold until at least the end of the week.
