72786071 : The government is going ti di what it takes to turn thevreal estate market. Big money has invested heavily in this money to make me comfortable. I think it may take a while to get back to the 1.20’s but it will. i have seen a lot of resistance not my charts but the stock is not wanting to go below .60!!!! I think it is a buying opportunity as long  as it continues to hold. I am getting basis as low as possible so when it pops, it will be real good return.

72786071 : Probably just a matter of time? I can hold out but have an abundance of money in this Stock. I have been getting 15 to 29% return in just a matter of 10-15 days.
i  would like to think that we are at the low. I was losing 10’s of thousands of dollars on paper until it recently slowed down. I have been gradually putting more in to it getting my aver. cost down. There is a lot of big money behind mine and find comfort in that. I hope it will gradually start going up even at a snail pace. Just want to stop the bleeding.
 I believe those policies are real. Do you not?

72786071 : Here is the deal. This company does not own real estate so it should be happy. They are the AI realator that shows the people what is available and has signed an agreement with a brokerage firm to physically sell the property. They restructured so they do not have the overhead they used to have. The last quarter was the first quarter they have been profitable. It is good for this company for prices to drop so they can afford housing now with lower interest rates. It is not good for the developer!!! The only help they got was reduced interest. I see this as a good thing.
