scooobydoo OP : if your cards are correct, and the whales are pushing out retail, then I could definitely see a run up so they could buy up a ton of shares at a relatively cheap, very cheap discount. If this is all insider jobs doing, then the theory of this stock or being very heavily manipulated will hold true.

scooobydoo : the last 510k Biothreat panel didn't do anything to make it move. They need sales of virtually everything which should come by the end of Q4 which should be sometime in February.
