Someone smarter than me answer this, please. Record Date for voting purposes only matter to the shares, not technically who holds the shares, right? If this is true, I assume any warrants that are converted after the record date do not have voting rights?

Among all these people losing money there should be one crazy enough to feel like hurting those responsible for this I bet. You should set the company on fire and kidnap the CEO and recover your money one way or another, it's a wrong advice but you'll feel better lol.....Give us the RS already, I want your money!
