I started investing but did not know what I was doing.   I invested $20,000 into 60 stocks and when i saw that they were red, I decided to sell them all and start over.  Boy did I lose most of my money, but now I am beginning to read more about investing before I get too deep in the water knowing that I cannot swim and do not want to drown.   Making mistakes while investing in companies thst you know nothing about can be costly.

when the market is dripping and others are selling, it is time to dollar cost average.
