I’m reading conflicting information about the cost. I’m seeing 7M HKD and 700M HKD. Considering the float of ~750M shares at HKD 1.41, the company’s current value prop is 1.1B HKD.
A 1B HKD company aquiring 7M HKDworth of another company doesn’t come across as “significant acquisition” to constitute insider information. 700M HKD makes more material sense.

Look at this security outflow the last 5 days.
When I looked at individual transactions, there are 410M shares being geld by retail investors. The institutional ones aka scammers dumped almost 300M shares in the 5 days preceding 8/16. Presumably the “pump and dump” which explains why price action did not move much in those 5 days. The last of the dump happened on 8/16 at about 50M shares.

My handler told me Wednesday (8/16) was the last day to buy shares at a lower price and that after that its going to go up. Target given was $4.5 to $5

My honest assessment is when it reopens, it will re-open at 1.0. It did so last time. I’d recommend people go with the assimption you’ll get 0 back. Write off the losses. If you get anything then is a bonus.
