There is only one shareholder of 1069 ( Huang Hou) formely know as Huang Xuefang. it is believed that she might have had conflicts with the new boards because she lended money to the company in August 2022. In may/june 2023 the company annouced a capital restructuring and stated that it wouldnt make any payment of paid up capital to its shareholders (Hou).

I, like most of you here, lost a bunch of money in this. The trading halt MAY work to our advantage but probably won't.
I'm not upset with the scammers as much as I am with myself. Every red flag was there and even some bright flashing red lights, but I chose to ignore them and everything I know from years of trading. I decided to gamble and lost. In other words, greed got the best of me.
Expensive lesson learned.

Hes a scam artist without a doubt. All these scammers are pumping others into buying it so stock price goes up, then they sell out the shares they bought before the pumping of the stock. Im stuck with 68k of shares. Lets hope the Halting of the stock makes lots of people buy more shares to lower their average. If that happens we should be able to salvage some of the loss.
