you don't understand what's going on so maybe you should turn on the news and listen. Canada was going to impose tariffs on the electricity they provide the Michigan and upstate New York to the tune of 25%. when Trump heard about this he increased the tariffs on steal and aluminum from Canada he doubled them.
this is all about leverage it's two dogs and who's the biggest baddest dog is going to win.
