$LumiraDx (LMDXF.US)$ when ROCHE bought out PSTX today they made it clear how much shareholders would get. When Roche acquired LMDX POC technology they sadly also immediately made clear what shareholders could expect. That’s been over a year now and us LMDX shareholders are looking like the monopoly guy with their pockets turned inside out. No matter how much people scream lawsuit or a new date or a glitch price or dark pool this or corporate lawyer friend that, bottom line Roche ain’t paying us....

$LumiraDx (LMDXF.US)$ Lumiradx changing name to LKM INNOVATIONS and restructuring their finances? 🤔🤔🤔 ultimately Roche $ROCHE HOLDING AG (RHHBY.US)$ is in control but they still owe us 1.1B worse case scenario. I think this is what the dealio was with the shares transferring over. Let's hope Roche is on our side. I don't think they'd issue out their own directors and put this much effort in just to screw us holding shares. @BadPaint

73497473 : And for the unsecured lenders there is 1.6 million for the two remaining subsidiaries stated in the latest FTI reports. So methinks shenanigans!!! Plus the control share of Colombia still kept quiet , Biopharma rather unusually behind in there Investor updates. And Investment still not fully liquidated....
73497473 72713902 : 344 mill assets .... Though sneakily before the Roche deal of 350 mill they showed 370 mill of debt. And Colombia had 15 mill profit I think , last year. So unless there is a huge black hole somewhere, maybe the 1.6 mill for unsecured creditors is exactly what is needed to pay them off. And maybe just a nice surprise for us..
